Shopping

Each of the three terminals have similar shops, the retailers recognising that passengers cannot always move between terminals so providing them with the shops they want in each place. The shops provide all manner of goods, from typical news and book stores to high fashion designers such as DKNY.

The Duty Free shops are also to be found in each of the terminals, another exceedingly popular facility that travellers enjoy visiting.

Tourist Information

Terminal B, which is the main International arrivals point has a good sized tourist information point where such things as hotel bookings, theatre tickets and tourist guides can be sourced. Terminal C also has a similar service although not to the same size as the main Terminal B one.

Bars & Restaurants

Just the same as with the shopping facilities, each terminal has it’s own choice of bars and restaurants, with the same main brands visible in each of the three. Starbucks Burger King and McDonalds are always popular, though it isn’t all fast food – there are a number of more classic restaurants to enjoy.

Business Services

All three terminals offer wireless networking, with wi-fi hotspots around each of them. For the less technically aware Terminal B does also offer fax facilities, which can be found in the Crown Room.

Postal Support

The US Postal service is there to help out with those last-minute cards and letters, with a depot operating in the airport itself.

ATM’s – Cash Machines and Foreign Currency Exchange

Each of the three terminals provides access to foreign currency exchange and cash machines, located in the concourse of each one.

Medical Services

Newark Airport has a Medical Office that deals with both emergency matters and more general medical care. It is located in the North Cargo area.
